Bi-State Metro is currently experiencing delays in producing and delivering WashU’s 2026–2027 U-Passes. As a result, permanent U-Passes may not be available by the originally anticipated pickup date.

Temporary U-Passes remain valid through August 31, 2026, while Metro works to resolve the issue. If your temporary pass displays an earlier expiration date, please use August 31, 2026 as your expiration date.

Parking & Transportation is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
