- Parking Information

- A free parking garage is available behind the 560 Music Center, accessed of Washington Avenue. This garage is first-come, first-served and is shared with the Center of Creative Arts (COCA). In lieu of pulling a ticket, please let the arm close completely before entering or exiting the garage.
- Overnight parking is prohibited and could result in towing and/or fines. See WashU Parking Policies for more information.
- Free street parking is available adjacent to the 560 Music Center and in the Municipal Lots located down Delmar. Please do not park in the neighborhoods around the 560 Music Center.
- Limited handicap parking is available in the circle drive and parking garages. These spaces are first-come, first-served and are not reservable. All vehicles in these spaces must have a valid blue tag or handicap plates displayed when parked.
- Arriving by Bus or WashU Shuttle

- For attendees arriving by bus, a staff member from The WashU Box Office will be in touch with your Group Coordinator the week of your visit. The coordinator will provide specific drop-off and pick-up instructions, complete with a timeline and maps.
- The WashU Delmar Loop shuttle makes regular stops at the doors of the 560 Music Center. Please do not block the shuttle’s path.
- Passenger Drop-Offs

- Passengers can be dropped off in the 560 Music Center circle drive, accessed off Washington Ave. Please pull to the right side of the drive to allow traffic to continue to exit.

Transport Chair
The 560 Music Center can provide a transport chair from the Drop Off Lane to the Lobby or directly to your seats. Please contact the WashU Box Office or see a member of 560 Music Center management if you would like to utilize this service.
Service Animals
Service Animals are welcome in the 560 Music Center. Please contact the WashU Box Office if you will need additional accommodations.
Stairs and Elevators
The E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall is accessed via stairs or elevator. There is no balcony seating in the 560 Music Center. If you need assistance from your vehicle to your seat or the restroom, please see an usher or member of 560 Music Center Management.

- What is the bag policy?

Due to space constraints in our seating area, large bags, including backpacks, are not permitted in the theater. You will be asked to leave your large bags in the back of the theater with House Management during the performance. Small personal items are subject to search upon entry.
- What temperature is it inside 560 Music Center?

The 560 Music Center is kept at 70*. Jackets are encouraged. Please, no blankets.
- Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall, but they are permitted in the Pillsbury Theater. This includes items purchased from the vending machines in the lobby.
Please enjoy these items before you enter the Concert Hall. Sealed single-use water bottles are allowed in all venues.
- Does my child need a ticket?

Your little ones do not need a ticket if they will be sitting on your lap during the performance. If they will be sitting in their own seat (or if you need extra room for a carrier or diaper bags), you will need to purchase an additional ticket for guaranteed space.
- Can you accommodate my stroller or wheelchair?

The E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall is accessed via stairs or elevator. There is no balcony seating in the 560 Music Center. New as of 2026, the 560 Music Center has expanded our handicap accessible seating.
If you would like to arrange ADA seating, please contact the WashU Box Office. House management is happy to assist you in getting to your seat and storing your wheelchair or stroller along the sides of the Concert Hall as to not block aisles.
- What if I’m running late?

Late seating is determined by 560 Music Center Management on a show-by-show basis based on a variety of factors. Upon arrival, you may be asked to wait outside the Concert Hall or Pillsbury Theater until a designated point is reached for the safety of our patrons, performers, and staff.
Please be respectful of House Management and your fellow patrons by arriving early.
- How early can I arrive?

The 560 Music Center Lobby and WashU Box Office open 60 minutes before scheduled showtime. Limited seating is available in the Lobby. Seating generally begins 30 minutes before scheduled showtime.
- Is there a lost and found?

Think you left an item behind? Lost and Found is located at the WashU Box Office. For high-value items (phones, keys, wallets, etc), you will be asked for identifying features to reclaim your items.
- Can I take photography of the performance?

There is absolutely no photography permitted inside the theatre. Tripods are not allowed in seating rows or aisles. Please see a House Manager at the performance for more information.
- Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are located in the Trinity Lobby of the 560 Music Center. For performances in the E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall, additional facilities are located on the lower level in the Delmar Lobby, accessed via the stairwells.
The Lower Level restrooms are not accessible via elevator.
