Kaldi’s Coffee Opens at Bauer Brew

On Monday, January 12, 2026, Bauer Hall welcomed a new artisan coffee vendor as Kaldi’s Coffee officially opened at Bauer Brew.

Kaldi’s Coffee is a St. Louis-based specialty coffee company known for hand-roasting fresh, balanced coffee beans and offering a thoughtfully curated selection of blends and single-origin coffees. The new location provides, faculty, staff and students with a locally rooted coffee option conveniently located at Bauer Hall.

Kaldi’s at Bauer Brew accepts credit cards, debit cards and Bear Bucks and is also available for ordering through Grubhub, making it easy to grab a coffee between meetings or classes.

Kaldi’s at Bauer Brew is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Operating hours can be found here.
