Receiving Your Mail
What to Bring to the Mail Center at pick-up:
- Your WashU ID
- Tracking Number
- A description of your item
- Pick-Up Codes (Codes are only needed for pick-up in PackCity Lockers) – Find this code in an email from noreply@sqbxmail.com, which may end up in the spam folder.
If you received an email or text to pick up your mail from the Hitzeman Counter or Hitzeman Packcity Lockers, please visit the Hitzeman Mail Center.
If you received an email or text to pick up your mail from the Village Counter or Village Packcity Lockers, please visit the Village Mail Center.
The US Postal Service (USPS) will deliver mail and USPS packages directly to your apartment off-campus. Other delivery providers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon, do not have access to your apartment building to deliver packages securely.
If there is no one in the apartment to receive the package, these carriers have been instructed to deliver packages to the Village Student Mail Center. You will receive an email and text notification if your package has been delivered to the Village Student Mail Center.
All of your mail and packages should be addressed to your apartment address.
If you are not home and a delivery service other than USPS tries to deliver a package, it will be rerouted to the Village Student Mail Center. Packages held in the Village Student Mail Center PackCity Lockers must be picked up within 48 hours.
