Your WashU ID is your key to campus, providing access to facilities, meal plans, Bear Bucks and essential university resources. Students, faculty, staff and contractors should always carry their WashU ID on campus.
All WashU IDs must be replaced in person at the University Services Center in the Mallinckrodt Center, Suite 201 A, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

How to Use WashU IDs
Find the card entry station. Swipe your card downward with the black, magnetic strip facing right.
Use the A black, magnetic strip for accessing buildings, to pay with your meal plan or use Bear Bucks.
Use the B black, magnetic strip for standalone locks in labs or restricted areas.
