If you are a WashU department on the Danforth Campus seeking a Department Vehicle parking permit, please fill out the form below. Once approved, your cost center will be charged for the permit. The permit will be available for pickup in the University Services Center, Mallinckrodt 201A.

2025-26 Permit Details (Valid Aug. 1, 2025-July 31, 2026)
  • Only vehicles insured by WashU are eligible for this permit.
  • Permit must be affixed to the passenger side bottom corner of the front windshield to be valid.
  • Department Vehicle permit must be displayed on all department vehicles, whether car, truck, SUV, or golf cart.
  • This permit is nontransferable and personal use is prohibited.
  • Permit provides access into all gated parking areas, specifically yellow parking spaces or the appropriate departmental reserved spaces.
  • The cost of the Department Vehicle permit is $72.00 for FY26 and will prorate on Jan. 15, 2026.
